Our pricing is simple and transparent:
Free initial consultation: CHF 0
Apartment viewings: Free if you attend yourself. CHF 99 per viewing if we attend on your behalf within 20 km of our office in Stallikon, or CHF 149 beyond 20 km.
Success fee: One month’s rent, minimum CHF 2’490. Payable only when you successfully sign a rental contract.
Optional support: CHF 299 for apartment handover assistance and CHF 99/hour for additional relocation services.
We typically need 2–3 apartment viewings to secure a suitable home, although this depends on your requirements and the rental market.
No signed rental contract means no success fee. Any viewings attended by us and other agreed services remain payable.

Our fastest successful search took just one week from the initial consultation to securing an apartment.
The actual timeline depends on your budget, requirements, preferred neighborhoods and flexibility.
